1 oz brown beer English Brown ale Anglaise from Quebec company Brasserie Mille Iles
1 ounce cream 10%
1/2 teaspoon raspberry spread from Quebec company La fraisonnée
Creamy maple caramel from Quebec company La Citadelle
Caramel chocolate bar fleur de sel from the Quebec company Chocolat Favorites
Use the creamy caramel to frost the edge of the glass.
